Bondi Icebergs

The world famous Bondi Icebergs building on iconic Bondi Beach has been reinterpreted in a contemporary, clean, crisp design retaining and redefining the proportions and the expressions of the original structure. New accommodation has been provided for the “world class” Icebergs restaurant, a new Club facility and a new headquarters for the Australian Surf Life Saving Association. The iconic swimming pools are retained and celebrated by the new structure.

Located on a 7 meter wide “slither” site in the centre of the North Sydney Business District, Blade offers a unique commercial solution on an extremely difficult site. Blade comprises 11 levels of strata commercial offices including a dedicated cafe/restaurant housed in the unique foyer area with automated mechanical stackers providing the solution to basement parking.

The site combines the excitement and convenience of inner city living with the intimacy of a village atmosphere at the “city’s edge”. The V1 tower comprising 193 apartments is conceptualised as a streamlined dynamic tower form reflecting the movement of the city around this important urban edge of the Docklands precinct. Enclosed balconies provide an extension to living areas whilst controlling the every changing Melbourne climate.

In a tribute to the world’s most beautiful harbour city, Marchese Partners have created Paramount. Featuring an exterior comprising simple geometric grid overlaid with a fine grain glass louvered skin, Paramount is a striking new landmark of timeless, modernist design. With the harbour to the north and the city skyline to the south, Paramount offers uncluttered living spaces that are luxuriously minimalist. Interiors have been planned to maximize natural light and cross ventilation – coffered ceilings, north facing balconies and natural surfaces all conspire to create a private cocoon within a vibrant urban context.

V2 Docklands

The V2 tower at Village Docklands is conceptualized as the ‘big brother’ of the Village Docklands residential precinct. Taller, leaner and more “forceful” than V1, V2 provides a dramatic silhouette ensuring the Village Docklands urbanscape remains at the forefront of the Melbourne residential market.

 

Broken into 4 distinctive elements, they are easily identified providing an immediate address for the 4 individual residential types. The building incorporates 27 podium lofts apartments, 117 student apartments, 110 mid-rise residential apartments, 60 premium high-rise residential apartments and 13 retail shops.

Marchese Partners has delivered a new benchmark for architecture and design in San Diego’s Downtown multi-unit housing marketplace.

 

The 2 three storey “wings” containing 2 bedroom loft apartments and single storey “courtyard” apartments are divided by an urban communal courtyard for the entertainment and retreat of residents.

 

Stella dwellings enjoy large expanses of glazing and crisp and vibrant interiors delivering a modernist lifestyle typical of Southern California living.

Embassy is designed to sit in the very heart of the San Diego CBD. Designed for exclusive lifestyle and timeless appeal, it provides simple, elegant and functional space within a built form that promises to give every occupant an overriding pride of place.

 

Embassy1414 maximizes access to breath taking Pacific Ocean views with each condominium utilizing large expanses of full height windows, louvers and balcony doors.

 

The innovations in Embassy1414 transcend into the core of the building, with each floor of condominiums providing a unique and differentiated mix of ergonomic spaces, open planned, and balcony living areas.

Waterbrook Greenwich

The second and most luxurious seniors living development in the Waterbrook portfolio. The development provides the ultimate in senior’s resort style living and Marchese Partners were instrumental in all phases of the project from obtaining the Development Application, through to the completion of tender documentation for both architectural and interior design packages. MP were also involved in the on site supervision of the project.

 

The development consists of 79 seniors living apartments, mostly two and three bedroom, spread over an undulating site of approximately 13,000m2. Facilities include a bowling green, pool, gymnasium, theatre and restaurant all of which are designed around a series of extensively landscaped courtyard areas.

Cielo

This project was the first time collaboration between luminary Architect; Alex Popov and Marchese Partners. Clean confident lines dominate a design harmonious with the surroundings.

 

The project included a mix of apartment styles and commercial space. The building was designed in two distinct blocks with the premier apartments appealing to owner occupiers facing west with spectacular views of the city over the domain. The east facing block incorporated smaller apartments aimed at investors and younger buyers.

Marchese Partner’s innovative master plan is designed to carefully integrate a new mixed-use development into the surrounding residential and strip retail community of Cammeray.

 

Cammeray Square incorporates an urban piazza oasis concept essential to a successful and a sustainable balanced social, commercial built environment.

 

This project creates a “village” atmosphere and helps supplement retail and services business in the local community.

 

This project privileges the pedestrian and includes planning strategies that allow for a sustainable fabric so that living and working can all take place within walking or cycling distances.

Watermark Castle Cove

Castle Cove Seniors Living development incorporates 52 independent living apartments, community and dining facilities, a cinema, a gym and features a large internal courtyard with lush landscaping that blends seamlessly with the local environment. Utilising sound urban design principles Marchese Partners were able to achieve significantly more floor space and height than is prescribed in the S.E.P.P. Seniors living policy whilst still achieving development approval in only 9 months. Residents living give.

Marchese Partners design for the Hampton Apartments in Potts Point, Sydney is a stunning interior and exterior restoration of the iconic Art Deco building delivering a new benchmark for Sydney’s inner city living. Marchese Partners infused the building’s unique period features with contemporary cutting edge interiors creating 121 plus 4 penthouse apartments that will break new ground by delivering 3 alternative lifestyles; Parisian, Artist and Celebrity. The project was an outstanding ‘off-plan’ sales success with all apartments sold during the VIP pre-launch marketing campaign.

This winning concept is driven by Marchese Partner's passionate drive to deliver a “new paradigm” in Aged Care and Senior Living.

 

Vaucluse exhibits all of the trademark qualities of the Marchese Partners' model; "Esprit de Vie", where residents live in an environment where they are provided choice, connectivity and empowerment; where they can continue to live with respect and dignity in urban lifestyles that engender integration and connection with family, community and the public. The “Village Square” enables engagement and interaction of residents and the public through activity, integration of retail, commercial, entertainment and community facilities.
